  This "Ultimate Edition 3 DVD" package with Vol 1 and 2 and Stage Fright as a bonus DVD was visible on Ebay in May 2013 but otherwise I have not seen any information so therefore I think this is some kind of pirate, probably from Russia or Ukraine. Slip case.
