The front is an insert with the Motorhead logo and the title and "No Sleept ītil Spain"
within brackets and "Tour 1991" printed beneath the title. It is a one sided promo. You would think that it was
released in Spain in conjuction with a tour there but as far as I know they did not give any concerts in Spain in 1991.
The label is a yellow Epic label. I have also seen copies housed in a CBS record company bag (as seen on the
pictures) and some of those have been sealed in shrink wrap. Used for promotion and therefore it is not unusual
that copies still have some kind of radio promo sticker on them. The insert is not very common, most copies is
just housed in the CBS record company bag.
