Ace Of Spades (The CCN Remix) /Ace Of Spades (Original Version)

The CCN remix of AOS was released in September 1993 as a single in various formats, in the UK as a 4 track CD, 4 track 12", 3 track cassette and 12" picture disc. I have also seen an add that says it was released 30th of August. Some version only featured the remix version and the original versions but several releases also included other songs. The band was of course not very pleased with the remix but some of the other songs that were featured on the different formats were quite rare. The version of Louie Louie had never been released before and the instrumental version of Tear Ya Down had previously only been included as a bonus track on the US Roadrunner CD version of the Overkill album. The single made it to no 23 in the charts which made Motorhead appear on Top of the Pops on September 16.
