N o t e s

  First time I saw a test pressing version of the 2008 repro of the Japanese pressing was in December 2009 when it was for sale on Ebay by obsesso, a US seller. It was on green vinyl, but not a jukebox label as the stock copy, with white labels and housed in the same insert as the stock repro. The seller said only 15 copies were made of this.

So there are probably test pressings of the yellow and red version as well.
