This is the 2005 30th years anniversary show recorded at Hammersmith Apollo, June 16. It was released in July 2007 by Steamhammer. Some of the tracks were avaliable already on the 2005 Inferno 30th anniversary issue. On the back it says it was produced by Cameron Webb. I have seen CD-r copies of the show for sale on Ebay before this official version was released. When it was released many people complained about the artwork as well as the title. The CD was packaged as a digipack and through Cargo a 4 LP vinyl version was also pressed. It seems like it did not get a US release but it got a Japanese version and from Japan also promo versions were available.
