N o t e s

  The first time I saw a copy of a Swedish Test pressing was in January in 2007 at a Swedish record fair in Stockholm. It has green Toolex Alpha AB labels. The copy I saw did not have any handwriting on the labels. It was housed in a die cut sleeve inside a die cut cardboard sleeve but along came also an ordinary Swedish AOS sleeve.
