N o t e s

  I have actually never seen or heard of a test pressing of the German vinyl version. But in june 2015 the seller minotauros1 listed a copy which most likely is a fake. This seller is known to have sold fake copies previously on Ebay. The copy ws housed in a black inner sleeve and had white labels with no writing. The matrix number is visible on the pictures.
