N o t e s

  White label test pressings with hand writing on label in standard picture sleeves are known to exist of this French release. On top of the label you can read "échantillon". Were these used for promotion? The fact that the copies were housed in ordinary sleeves indicates this. There are apparently also slightly different versions of the échantillon label and different hand writing (see pictures).
