N o t e s

  The first time the show was available on CD was in 1997 when BMG released it. It was made in the USA but copies were apparently shipped to Europe because copies were available here even thought they were not that common at the time. Some copies has a round yellow sticker on the front that says it is a 1983 show. I have also seen copies with a different yellow sticker. It is quite common on Ebay now in 2007 and has been so for quite some time so maybe it is still in print?
