  It is claimed that because Motorhead fought against there old manager Douglas Smith and his label GWR who wanted to release the Birthday Party, it was never released in the UK as the GWRCD 101. But it is listed in Olivers discography so maybe it was printed, then destroyed but some copies survived? There is also a pressing that is manufactured in Sweden, maybe that was the solution for GWR, by manufacturing the CD in Sweden they were also capable to distribute it. This one has the cat no GWCD 101.
