N o t e s

  In 2007 I saw copies of the gatefold version release that was printed in Italy and released through the Earmark label (cat no 41016) as an ordinary sleeve. It had the same cat no, the same black label with red print and it was on black vinyl. I guess the sleeve is exactley the same as the blue vinyl version in the England box. When I say it is the second Italian re-issue I mean that the first issue was the BROL 34523, the re-issue was the gatefold Earmark version and this is the second re-issue. This could be a result of some sellers splitting up the England box with black sticker.
