N o t e s

  The test pressing of the Dutch Bomber has white labels and was housed in a die cut sleeve. In January 2008 a Spanish seller offered a copy described as "WHITE LABEL & PUNCH HOLE ON COVER, BRONZE 201 013.BENELUX'79". The label had a white sticker on with handwritten "201013" and an "A". The sleeve was a regular Bomber sleeve. This copy however turned out to be a fake!
