Here you will find all (well, if that is possible but I will try) Motorhead promo only singles that have emerged
over the years. Most are CDs but there are also some 12" singles. With promo only singles I mean singles that have
been
released for promotion only to support a new album without an analogous stock copy version. This means that promo
versions of stock copy singles will not be find here, they will be find under respectively stock copy single.
There are however some releases that are difficult to classify. The Spanish live 7" with Ace Of Spades was just
released for promotion and was never sold as a stock copy but on the other hand it is a Spanish version of the
Motorhead live single with another track. Well, maybe it should have been included here but no you will find
it listed among the Motorhead (live) singles. Another example is the 12" Hellraiser single. Now you will find
it among the Hellraiser singles but it has You Better Run as the flip side which makes it unique.
I have listed the singles cronologically and at the bottom I have listed singles that are collaborations I have not included promo samplers with Motorhead songs but I have made an exception for the SPV/Steamhammer Festival sampler including Lifeīs A Bitch because this did have a Motorhead sleeve and it was the only promo thing for the Inferno album. |
