This one I saw on Ebay in September 2006 but I think it was cancelled or banned
because
it disappeared before the end date. It was white and had the date 24 July 2006 printed on it and was housed in
a plastic sleeve. Another one was sold in October 2006 for EUR 56. This one had actually another
date printed on it, 21 July. This is sometimes called an acetate but
I would say promo is the right word.
I have listed USA as country of origin but I am not sure about this I must say, especially considering the Interview disc with the
same design is listed
as a German release.
