The German release with the additional price code "-320" exist with the Motorhead
logo in red on front and back just like the UK release. An interesting thing is that the swastika on the horn
on the photo of the snaggletoth mask on the back has been removed. On the back the cat no for vinyl and tape is
printed in the top right corner and the LC number is in the lower right corner. It could be that some copies of
the German pressings were housed in the same sleeve as the
Dutch release that had the Motorhead logo in grey.
The label for side 1 is the same black snaggletoth label as on the UK
pressing but
with the addition of the cat no to the right. Side 2 has the standard yellow Bronze label with both GEMA and
STEMRA to the right and LC number to the left just beneath the LC number. The inner sleeve is the same picture inner
sleeve with lyrics on the other side as the UK
pressing but not on glossy paper. There is also a coupon in the top right corner on the lyric side that can be
posted and in return you are offered a Motorhead patch. I wonder what that patch looked like? In October 2012 I received an email from Gernot
who said "A friend of mine gave it to me as a present some several years ago,
pretending that he sent the coupon and received this patch for that!". I am not sure if Gernot really meant "pretending" or if it should have been
"claiming". Anyway, a nice patch but if I had been 12 years and received that I would probably have been a bit disapointed about the size...
Mick Stevenson lists in his Collectors Guide (2011) that there are two different label versions.
