Is this the patch you could get if you sent in the coupon on the inner sleeve? At least that what one person i Germany claims.

Here is a recognition of sales in Germany, Platinum disc. The sign says "This plated record is presented in recognition of the prestigious achievement in reaching platinum record status" and to the right it says "World Wide Awards" and "Europe".

And here is another version, sold on Ebay in February 2009 by german-award-shop-com. The sign says "Presented to Motorhead to commemorate the sale of more than 1 000 000 copies of the album Iron Fist".

The sign says "PRESENTED TO THE PUBLIC TO COMMEMORATE THE SALE OF MORE THAN 500.000 COPIES OF THIS ALBUM GOLD PLATED RECORD AWARD"
