Issued without picture sleeve and housed in a plain white thin die cut sleeve. But I have seen copies on Ebay in picture sleeves but they are most likely standard UK sleeves that have been added at a later stage. There are also copies housed in green EMI die cut sleeves. Most copies have some of the small print covered with a black filt pen.
