  First time I saw this was on Ebay in December 2013 by seller rock4ever2004 located in Canada. There were several other CDs by other artists with the same design/layout (Motley Crue, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath). I am not sure if this is a CD-r or a "real" CD bootleg. Recorded live at Palladium, New York, USA, May 14th, 1982. Individually numbered, 50 copies.
