  In 1988 Profile released the first American CD version (PCD 3241). Some, probably the initial copies, were released in a long box. The catalogue number as well as the low price was printed in white in the top corners on the cover. Just like the Legacy release in Europe previous year the Profile booklet edition contained a picture of the skull from the Iron Fist album.

The long box version appears quite often on Ebay so there seems to be quite a few ones left of that one. i guess someone got there hands on a big stock somewhere. Other Long boxes are quite rare.
