This show is from 1983 and already the same year (or maybe the next?) it was pressed on vinyl as a radio double LP transcription disc. The show was aired in November on the King Biscuit Flower Hour radio show. The first LP featured a show with Krokus and the second one had one side with Motorhead with four songs from the show in New York, Lamour, Queens, July 29th. The next time it was released was in 1997 when the four songs plus three more from the show and a much later interview with Lemmy was released on CD. This CD was called "King Biscuit Flower Hour". It was a US release. After that it has emerged with different sleeves on different labels. The most common title is simply "Live". I have tried to gather them all here but I have probably missed a few. It is not as common as the Blitzkrieg show though.
