  Already in 1999 the remastered series was re-released in the USA by Castle and this time Bomber got CMACD 509 as catalogue number. The back cover is not the same as the ESM CD 311. It is black with song titles in white and behind the song titles there is a shaded skull. Just like the ESM CD 311 this edition has a silver sticker on the cover but contrary to the ESM CD 311 the sticker is outside the plastic that seals the jewel case. The sticker reads "REMASTERED FROM ORIGINAL MASTER TAPES - FAITHFULLY RESTORED ARTWORK".
