The USA CD version. The album was first to be released in USA in January 2011 while it was released in Europe already in December 2010. But in January a new release date was revealed, 8th of February and this turned out to be the real release date. It was a digipack and it also contained a DVD, just like the European UDR 0008 January release, but it was a different DVD. The US DVD features six songs from the live show at Wacken 2006. On the front of the sleeve there is the round sticker that tells it contains a bonus DVD but the sticker also contains the barcode number. Barcode is 5 099907 036422. But most eyecatching on the front sleeve is the printed Parental Advisory Explicit Content logo in the lower left corner. Just like the EU DVD version it has LC 24677 number on the back sleeve.
