White label, no writing, no print. The copy i have seen was housed in a stock copy sleeve. A copy sold on Ebay in October 2007 was originally said to have been housed in a plain white paper sleeve. This copy was also said to have been obtained directly from ex pressing plant employee. The seller unfortunatley known for selling fake test pressings so this one was most likely a fake! I have included a small picture.
