The first single from the Overkill album featured the title track with Too Late Too Late, a song recorded at the same time as the album but not included on the album, as the flip side. The front artwork was the same as for the album, and the back cover featured a black and white picture of the band.

In Germany the single got a different front sleeve. There is also a Spanish pressing which kept the original front sleeve. Pressings from Ireland and Australia did not, as usual, get picture sleeves.
