N o t e s

  The labels on this Test pressing are white with a big black "1" on side 1 and a big black "2" on side 2 and it is housed in a plain white sleeve. Both Ritchie and Oliver lists a 12" Test pressing copy and a white label copy. I Donīt know if this really means that they are different or if the test pressing and the white label copy refers to the same record. Could there be copies that have completely white labels without numbers? A possibility is that a mistake in the manufacturing process resulted in white labels on some copies.

There is also a copy that have two round black and white "Mayhemday May 7th Motorhead" stickers, one on label on side 1 and one on white die cut sleeve. According to Ritchie this is a Killed By Death test pressing copy.
