N o t e s

  This one is a bit strange. When the album was released the standard promo version was quite usual on Ebay but this white disc version was only seen two times. One copy was housed in a slim case without any form of sleeve. The other one is seen on the picture and seems to have some kind of sleeve or info sheet featuring a picture of Lemmy with a cigarette and a bottle of Jack Daniels. Could very well be a homemade sleeve or sheet.

On the disc it says "Release date: Ger Aug 25th, EU Aug 28th 2006" and around the edge it says "For promotion only - Not for sale".
