N o t e s

  This one was listed on Ebay in November 2007. It was said to be a German release on red vinyl and only made in 103 copies. My guess is that it is a pirate and obviously they have taken the tracks from radio shows that were earlier released on the BBC Session CD release. In December a copy on black vinyl was listed and it was said there were 300 copies. The sleeve is just a folded paper. I have also seen copies where it looks like the folded paper is printed on green colour.
