N o t e s

  The sleeve is often a plain white die-cut cardboard cover. Some copies have a release info sheet/cutting sheet taped on to the sleeve. A copy sold in 2004 had "Motorhead" as what looked like a "rubber stamp" on it and hand-written at the top, see picture. The labels are red PI labels with "Test pressing" and "Keel manufacturing division" printed on them.
