N o t e s

  In 2000 Castle re-issued the album on red vinyl. On the front in the lower right corner there is a round red sticker saying it is a limited edition. A seller on Ebay in April 2009 claimed only 1000 copies were pressed. The inner sleeve is a black, thick, die cut sleeve. The label on side one is a picture label featuring the cover and on side two it is black with white writing.
