N o t e s

  There is a possibility that the CLA CD 240 also was released in a metal skull similar to the Iron Fist album in a metal Iron Fist or the Metal skull of the compilation Fistful of Aces. In the pictures you can see a metal skull that is number 483 of 2500. This I saw on Ebay once and the seller claimed that an Ace Of Spades CD was included from the beginning. I doubt this however. If it really was released like this, with an AOS CD, I think it would be more common on Ebay.

There are two versions of the disc of the Castle re-issue. One has a black line around the edge. The other version does not have this black line.
