  Picture disc version. First time I saw it was in December 2011 on Ebay. The picture also showed the original inner sleeve but it was not clear if it was just an insert or an inner sleeve. Pirate? Just like previous pirate picture discs of SBL and Sacrifice this contained round LP shaped printed picture disc "sleeves". Individually numbered, 500 copies.
