  This one is housed in a slip case in a standard transparant DVD plastic jewel case. I saw it for the first time on Ebay in October 2007 but I guess it was released in 2006 or even earlier. It was described as "2DVD DJpack edition" and it was said that it was only for sale in Russia and other CIS countries. Back of box sstates that it is DTS sound.
