The Canadian and USA version on CMC differs from the European release in
several ways. The front cover is censored (the dick in the mouth is blurred) and Wurzel has been erased from
the back cover. The photos of Mikkey and Phil are also different and it has much less small print.
The booklet has white pages with black printing instead of black with white printing and the
thanks list is longer.
There are differences to the Canadian pressing. The US pressing has a BMG logo on the back sleeve.
On the disc the Canadian has some small print
at the bottom that the US pressing does not have.
There is also a BMG "Club edition" that has no barcode on the back. It is similar to the Canadian version but on the back sleeve there is no barcode. Instead
it has text that says "D116014 Manufactured for BMG Direct 6550 East 30th St., Inianapolis, IN 46219 under license. Made in U.S.A.". And on the disc it
has the same text.
