The Bronze EMI releases were pressed by Hayes pressing plant for EMI at Middlesex near London.
Some test pressings are with two
single sided LPīs (WLPOC 515 according to Olivers list). Those copies has white labels with no stamps. They are housed in plain
white sleeves with handwriting. They also seems to have white inner sleeves. Ritchie has sent pictures where notes on the sleeve for record 1, A-side,
says it was rejected. It has the date 25 JAN 1979 stamped in top left corner and hand written cat no BRON 515A.
It then has hand written text on the sleeve: "Motorhead A-side, Overkill, Recorded 25/1/79, Rejected 8/2/79". Record 2, B-side, instead has notes on sleeve
saying it was accepted. Labels are white and the label for the B-side has some kind of signature. Ritchie says about the other sides of the two discs:
"Nothing on it" which I guess means they have no labels.
