  There are also promos of the German release. According to Jean-Pierre the German promo edition has a radio promo sticker and Oliver says it has a white label. Mick Stevenson (2011) does not mention a German promo version but he lists a test pressing, "Musterplatte".

A “German Test pressing, white label with German writing on it. Plain white sleeve. Code B66 33” was sold for GBP 102 in November 2003, Ebay. Neither Jean-Pierre nor Oliver mentions a test pressing in their discographies which should mean this is very unusual. Or maybe it was the promo edition described as a test pressing? As long as I don´t get any indications that there are one test pressing AND one promo version, I describe them both here.
