The gatefolded inner sleeve is glossy, it has black and white pictures on one side and the lyrics on the other. Some of the deatils are red, for example the skulls that separate the songs on the lyric side. On the black GWR label it says that Bill Laswell has produced the album but it also says that Vic Maile has produced the album. This is obviously a mistake. But where did that information come from? I think it is from the credits on the Deaf Forever single. On that single the B-side was taken from the live recording of the Birthday Party 1985 and that was produced by Vic Maile. This UK edition is actually manufactured in West Germany, probably because GWR got a good deal with the manufacturer in Germany. For some reason the catalogue number is not featured in the matrix number. Instead the matrix number is B-5240. The album was distributed by RCA/Ariola in the UK.
