Packaged in a long box, at least initial copies. The back cover of the CD is the same as the Dutch Roadrunner release with almost the same cat no, "RR 9514 2". The difference is the Roadracer Revisited logo (the one with the cat, a puma or a panther or something) in the top left corner. The barcode in the rop right corner is identical, no "0 16861-9514-2 9". It is a silver disc with black writing. On the disc it says "Made in U.S.A.", there is an AAD logo and a compact disc logo. The inlay ins just a gatefold with no print inside, just plain white. The back is the original backsleeve but no song titles. Instead it has the line up. There is a Roadracer Revisited logo in the top left corner and the "Stop the Madness" logo in the lower left corner. There is also a black square in the top left corner, probably something they have pasted over. The cat no RRD 9514 is printed in the top right corner. I must say I am not sure about the year 1992 for this release. I canīt remember where that information comes from but since it is the Roadracer Revisited series and the releases with lower cat no where released in 1991, I just assume this must be 1991 or later. Jean Pierre also lists a US Roadrunner CD with the number RR 9514-2 but I think it is the same as this one.
