This is a promo version of the US pressing of Inferno. It is housed in an ordinary jewel case with a white back paper sleeve only with black printing. The disc is white as well with black printing. When it has been on Ebay for sale it has been called test pressing or acetate or both as well as promo. I think the appropriate description is promo but if the sound is poorer than the stock copy maybe test pressing or acetate is better but it has been used for promotion that is for sure. There was a copy on Ebay in March 2006 that was described as a "promotional test press advance cd" but they did not list a catalogue number. I guess that was the same pressing as the one seen on the pictures but it could also be a different version.
