N o t e s

  This looks just like a stock copy of the German SPV release but there are a few differences and it is obvious when you compare with a real SPV Stemahammer copy that the print is of lower quality. First time I saw it was in 2014 when it was listed by a seller in Canada but I am sure it has been around for a while, maybe even since 2004. Most likely a Russian pirate.
