  This release is packaged in a slip case which is gatefolded. The gatefold features the cover and a colour photo of the band. The left corridor/field of the slip case has an OBI strip but it is printed on to the slip cover contrary to the Japanese OBI that usually is a loose strip. On the front of the slip there are two round stickers. This CD is a gold HDCD which means it is a High, Definition, Compatible, Digital CD. Another speciality is that is has 8 bonus tracks, 7 from the Bronze years plus Deaf Forever. Nowhere it is stated that this is a SPV recording.

This version popped up on Ebay in July 2004 and I donīt whink it was released before July. The seller was based in Hong Kong and that is why I think this is a Hong Kong edition but I am not sure. The booklet features the lyrics but for some reason they are not complete. Lots of pieces are missing. There are no credits in the booklet.
