  I have seen those five cds often referred to as "Acetates". One seller on Ebay described them as "SET OF 5 CD-REFERENCE ACETATE CDS ORIGINALS COMPLETE WITH PRINTED INSERTS" and claimed they were printed in 2002. I just think they are ordinary promo cds. The inserts are white with track list in black and in the right lower corner there is the Sanctuary logo in colour. In left lower corner small print about Promotional use. Some copies have been sold with a 4 page colour press release. Sometimes the black sampler promo is also included as a 6th cd.

M i s p r i n t s

  There are copies where the numbering and order of song titles seems to be in an early stage and where things seems to have been mixed up. Ritchie provided me with a promo set that included 5 CD numbered: "2 of 5", "3 of 5", "4 of 5", "4 of 5" and "5 of 5". So 2 "2 of 5" and no "1 of 5". The track lists are also completly different to the final version and there is no cat no on the sleeve, lower left. So probably early promo copies, maybe they even could be called test pressings.
