  Promo copies of the 2005 deluxe edition were quite common on Ebay just after the release. They were housed in plastic sleeves with printed inlay cards, white with black writing. Some copies also included a double sided postcard as seen on the picture as well as a 3 page press release. The 3-page press release has info on the band's 2005 tour, the CD box set's release and other info about the band. Copies are sometimes listed as acetates but I consider that term to be used wrong. They are promo copies.
